Delete account
You can delete your Ambrio account in two ways.
1. In the app or the partner area
In the Ambrio app: open Settings → Data → Delete account and confirm.
Partner account on this website: sign in to the partner area and open Profile & opening hours → Account → Delete partner account.
2. By e-mail
Write to support@ambrio.app from the e-mail address of your account and ask us to delete it.
We then delete your account and its data as described in the privacy policy (in German): retention (section 8) and your rights (section 13).
Only on the waitlist?
Every e-mail we send to the waitlist has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribing deletes your waitlist entry.
